17-19 October 2018 Pullman on the Park, East Melbourne
This year FCRC celebrates a milestone, marking its 40th year in financial counselling and consumer advocacy. While reflecting on the significant changes that have taken place over the years, we're developing new strategies to take forward into the future. Our conference theme is something meaningful to all financial counsellors and industry partners alike: Empowering People. The Pullman on the Park, will be our home for three days of cross-sector engagement, as we consider pathways to empower not only our clients in hardship, but also those who support them.
Here's what you can look forward to:

Find out how your organisation can become a conference partner
As a conference partner, we want to place you front and centre, to meet and speak directly with the financial counsellors who represent your customers in financial hardship. Our last conference held in Melbourne (2016), saw over 350 people attend the event across the three days; forming many new connections and ensuring that this unique opportunity for face-to-face discussions was not wasted.
2018’s Suite of tailored packages, offer even more opportunities to build and maintain relationships within a large targeted audience. The conference programme is a constant work in progress, continuing our commitment to ensure cross-sector collaboration and increasing opportunities for networking and stakeholder engagement, whilst building the profile of your organisation.
Every year at our conference we recognise people who've demonstrated excellence in service to our profession and the wider community, through three awards: The Virginia Noonan Award, the Jan Pentland Memorial Award and the Rising Star Award.
