The FCRC has provided comment in The Age Business Daily, via an opinion piece regarding the Bankruptcy Legislation Amendment Bill. The piece focuses upon the need to increase the minimum threshold for which a creditor can bankrupt a debtor, from $2,000 to $10,000.
The Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee tabled its report on the Bill in the Senate last Wednesday.
