Do you have experience in engaging with Indigenous communities?

Registrations Close 30 July 2010!
The need for Financial Counselling and financial literacy in many Indigenous communities is well known, but how best to work with these communities in order to deliver the services is far less widely understood. The needs can also vary from one location to the next. Whilst there has been some success in engaging with Indigenous communities, there have also been failures. Understanding the reasons for both will take the sector forward when trying to offer services in Indigenous communities.
Here is your opportunity to share your experiences, both positive and negative, in order to better understand what methods of engagement deliver the best results.
This summit is designed to bring together Financial Counsellors and other case workers or agency representatives that have direct experience in delivering services to Indigenous communities.
